... quit the company they bribe them with more money so that they don’t quit. Worst management and salary structure. You are paid only after 10th of each month that too after multiple meetings and discussions. There is no work life balance at all. You are made to work for 12 hours straight with promises that you will be paid for it. No holiday policy in this company. You work 24/7, no comp off and holidays for festival as well. Manager is just for name sake. No proper hierarchy. They will boast so much in the interview and ask you technical questions but believe me it’s only data labelling that requires only tool knowledge and nothing else.They don’t have a written company policy or rules. They make their own rules. Once you join this company they make sure it’s your career’s dead end. You can’t move forward or backward with the experience you get here. Even with high covid cases they expect people to come to office and work, that’s the kind of importance employees get here.

After joining this company I wasted my precious 2 years.salary also not good.. HR management is too worst. This is not good for your career u can't manage ur daily needs with this salary after joining near by Indira canteen is ur daily hotel because u can't afford a food in other hotels..should work for Saturday and Sunday and this covid time should go for office and they won't pay ur internet charges during wfh times.they won't give you proper increment.. but one thing is get improving that is daily target that targets makes u own get frustrated and most amazing thing is u will get pay ur salary after 10 th of next month ... please don't join this company

Nothing... After joining i thought to resign. That much mental and physical torcher.

Poor management, lack of response, productivity based salary, less space in office but more people to work, lot of blackmail, no cl and pl leaves, if you ask for weekoff they consider as a absent for that they deduct salary, even if it is a government holiday like diwali, that mrng they will inform leave or not, if you work on govt holiday they wont give extra salary.

For Hard and good workers no value,no hike, salary not given properly, time wasting, no more improvements, no Benifitials, there is no infrastructure properly, completely bad environment, influencers will get good amount, no value for valued persons, rules and regulations are not proper, company doesn't give any extra accommodation.

1. There is no job security and salary not on time 2. Very poor management-there is no respect for employee's even from service desk 3. Will get complete salary only if we work on saturday and sunday and based on production 4. They do not have proper pay structure and No PF 5. Do not expect hike at all 6. They took nearly 1 month to give experience letter 7. There is a lot of politics. You get recognition only if you are (bucket) behind manager
