No Leave policy No HR policy. No Job securiry at all they can release you at any time with short notice no matter how good you are performing. Hard to contact the HR for any small queries. You have to wait for the response.

...lage. Anlage has all the freedom to come, get trained and start full time job. Salary: Let´s say you will get what you deserve. Work-Life balance: I work Mon-Fri dedicatedly, take offs, travel extensivel, have fun. It is real fun to work independently and without any stress at Anlage. Advice: I encourage you to talk to people before you join Anlage first. You will have fun. Cheers!!!!

No one is bothered about you. Unless the client where are you are working complaints about you I guess. No clear leave policy. Have asked many times no reply on calls or mail No feedback or reply on queries asked to any team member on mail or calls They will just leave you with the client once you are hired. Might call you for attendance and thats it.

there is literally nothing to like about this company.

...urdays are off here but In my team juniors were asked to work even on Saturdays. Salary is very low and even incentives are not given on time. They put employees under a lot of pressure. Seniors and leads are very rude and do not cooperate. the work environment here actually feels toxic on so many levels.
