Job is secured. My boss, Umesh sir paid salary even during lockdown with no deductions for us. We were 3 office staff. Even though no one came to the office, we were paid in full and in all the lockdown months. We were afraid due to lockdown, but Anlage helped us. Management is really good. Working on a contract basis and they don't provide any job security. Not aware of any policies that are in favor of the employee

Grievances aren't addressed. No training is provided for the growth of the career. Salary is also not according to the market standard

No one is bothered about you. Unless the client where are you are working complaints about you I guess. No clear leave policy. Have asked many times no reply on calls or mail No feedback or reply on queries asked to any team member on mail or calls They will just leave you with the client once you are hired. Might call you for attendance and thats it.

there is literally nothing to like about this company.

...urdays are off here but In my team juniors were asked to work even on Saturdays. Salary is very low and even incentives are not given on time. They put employees under a lot of pressure. Seniors and leads are very rude and do not cooperate. the work environment here actually feels toxic on so many levels.
