...he first organisation I saw that didn't provide a joining or appointment letter. Salary comes 15-20 days late. HR is pathetic; you must beg for salary slips and other things. For some reason, they have a Good Place to Work Certification also. I am curious to know how they got this. If you work in this organization, no one will give you a good job; you have to sacrifice your salary of current designation for new job opportunities based on my experience and what I have heard from other people because the competitors know what is happening in this organization. Better not to join here if they provide you a good role also. It is a pathetic organization to work in.

The worst policy here is that of HR, Every month salary is deducted and salary slip is not given, Till now no one knows which department has what work, everybody is blaming each other, because poor management and HR have not shared JD yet .

Never join in ankura kompally branch .you will get salary every month in between 15th-20th. Hr here the kind of languagehe use even road side beggar will not use such kind of language. She even scolds lady doctors in a filthy way.internal politics is horrible

...ment letter or joining letter on the day of joining, they will keep on delaying. Salaries not on time, salary crediting date is on 10th of every month. They hire you for one position, but you will do other duties. I will not recommend joining there. Many new joiners staffs left the organisation within two months.

There is nothing in ankura kompally branch,I expected ankura branch is a brand, there is no coordination from staff, they won't help each other I never join in ankura hospital kompally.one lady doctor complaines me every time small reason also, that is not a big reason , and hr also worste behaviour.

Salary will credit on 15th to 20th between they won't give payslips also we have to beg. Ankura is not a great work place how they got certificate I don't know.
