They will ensure that you dont get a good salary, and if you are then you will be doing job of more than 2 people 4. Leave are negligible here 5. Remember it is a 6.5 day org, communicated as 5 day org 6. Office politics and nepotism is rampant 7. Do not apply if you want growth, work life balance 8. No process, even if it is developed they put so many hurdles that it will break its breath.
