The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step, Which is pain some times.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but Career growth is slow.

I am a very happy of Anion healthcare services , first of all I want tell about my designation ( Quality Analyst ) its very responsible and delicate still I will feel my job is very secure because if we compare to other organizations they with work with third party but here we are doing work with direct client, this is one of the best choice from company, no need to tell about management especially our manager always he will encourage and support and he is very polite I have never in any organization like him, policies are good

definitely I need to talk about salary If you able provide Over time (OT) it will help for us , we will get very rare chance to do OT's when management requires OT's if we will get one day extra salary we will happy so much and I feel we are facing biggest problem in Anoin healthcare services employees transport allowance we loose so much money from transport allowance because of the lockdown after appraisal also we are getting same amount

I have been in this company from last 1.5 yrs. come to work culture, work premise is good all the employees are cooperative and respectful will feel pressure free and healthy work life balance. Management is a moderate problem solver. so far i did not see any lay off or fire on employee during this corona pandemic.

Need to revise some leave balance policy. my opinion would be its good if providing compensation for accumulated leaves at the year end instead of lapsing. company has to bear renewal charges for CPC logins of employees, hence every coding organization is doing the same.
