I have been in this company from last 1.5 yrs. come to work culture, work premise is good all the employees are cooperative and respectful will feel pressure free and healthy work life balance. Management is a moderate problem solver. so far i did not see any lay off or fire on employee during this corona pandemic.

Dislikes

Need to revise some leave balance policy. my opinion would be its good if providing compensation for accumulated leaves at the year end instead of lapsing. company has to bear renewal charges for CPC logins of employees, hence every coding organization is doing the same.

Good work environment and culture. The management is good and teammates are supportive.company policies are good and they give salary hike every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't accept our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth. There is a bond of 1year before which you cannot resign. There is no security for job. They not given bonus every year. The job training is given to new joinees but not perfect.

Anion is a good place to work compared to many other mid-level or MNC's. I worked first 5 years of my career in 2-3 companies as I did not have job satisfaction or unsatisfactory pay scale. But I am working with Anion from last 9 years. Its one of the place where you can reach heights in career if you are committed to work, loyal to company. Now my salary is as per market standards and have a better designation compared to my friends who started career with me . Flexi-timings are provided to female employees to maintain work life balance. Management is very understanding and help many employees for their financial and personal needs. Work from home provided during lock down period. Job is secured as the company has stable projects. No dirty politics from senior leads or colleagues.Company policies are strict to maintain discipline among employees but friendly enough to follow them. No cab facility but night shift allowance and dinner allowance is provided to the employees working in Night shift. Also Sat and Sunday is weekly off to them. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
