I saw their application on LinkedIn yesterday night and thought of applying. Few minutes later, I get a mail from the HR saying that "You have applied at night and it is at non working hours, so you are rejected". What sort of errant behaviour is this?

Flexibility while working with the team. A very young team with like minded people.

Nothing particular to point but just that writing jobs get to your head sometimes but apart from that i like working from my home.
