Location was convenient. And students were quite interested and enthusiastic.Freedom to define curriculum and no management interferance in academic. Recruitment of skillful trainers.( But cannot contain talent for long term due to bad policies )

Dislikes

No transparency in financial issues ( salary - no salary hike, absolutely disowned working staff with no pay whatsoever during crisis-Covid 19 ). Job security is poor. Various trivial tasks apart from assigned duties that distract trainer from prior motive. Complete shift in management policies from good and mutual understanding to inconsiderate and irresponsible temperament.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
