Great work environment and supportive management especially senior management. They always listen to the issue and provide resolution very politely and encourage everyone by appreciating their work and efforts.

I was lucky to land a job at a new startup that offers competitive salaries.

There is absolutely no job security. You could be replaced in a heartbeat, discarded like yesterday's trash without a second thought. Your hard work and dedication mean nothing in the face of corporate greed and indifference. So don't kid yourself - there is no job security, only the cold, harsh reality of a merciless, unforgiving world.

When I joined the organization there was a great culture and working environment, Management was good and understanding, and they work on ground reality. Working in that environment was very satisfactory, and I grew with the organization.

Dislikes

Dislike is the change of the Sr. Management, As Founders hired Mohit Chugh, from this point moment company's downfall started, he builds his team he started hiring his old friends only. And his friends hired their connections ( Relatives and Friends). In sabhi ko bas paisa kamana tha and company ka paisa waste karna tha and apni pockets bharni thi. They don't have any vision for the growth of the organization, they were only good at corporate politics, because of them many of the good and visionary employees left the organization as these guys were building a toxic culture in the organization. Now the company is suffering to grow and these guys are still looting the company's funds. They are just burning the cash they don't know anything. Because of these guys companies reputation is also going down in the market, no customer is believing in Animall now. If you're applying for any profile in this company they will hire to just show the founders that we are hiring outsiders also but believe me you will not survive more than 6 months also if you are giving any suggestions for the growth of the business they will start politics against you then after some ya bhai tum khud Job resign kr doge either you will get a project closer then tata bye bye.
