...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Environment and architecture of office.

No IT work culture, work load, always pressure from management people, less salary, no personal and professional life balance, too much workload on single resource, non technical people to judge technical people.

Anibrain has a beautiful culture & work-life balance. I met some amazing people there. Had the best time working with creative minds.

Dislikes

They have yearly appraisals which is good, but the appraisals don't happen up to mark and I found the growth is little slow here.

I love the work culture Anibrain folows , Also keeping a transparency about every aspect of work is something I personally appriciate. Overall Management is quite cool and are always open for suggestions.

Organisation Financial and cultural growths are only possible if your treat your employee as working subordinate and not slave. Using abusive and swear language in meetings will downgrade the work environment. No concrete feedback give-n-take. Specially HOP loves people fight in meetings and he encourage such atmosphere where subordinates get bullied instead of nurture.
