No hike in salary as compared to other market increase. Facilities for officers and crew are minimal as per standards to other companies in market. Need to work else crew will leave the company.

Time sign on sign off and timely wages. Safety culture and world class regular training. Empathetic office staff.

Salary could be increased. Promotions could be made faster. Duplication of paper work needs to be reduced.

Hi I am second Engr. Daya with I'd BOM53210. I only love the onboard staff and there attitude towards work. I have learnt many good things from them. But the office staff is disgusting.

...lled and trustworthy person in the company. They say something and do something. Cost cutting is core concepts of the company. crew welfare department and FPD work only for the office staff only. If you come to the office you only a headache for them. Mostly they have forgotten that its us who put our life at risk to run the ship at see. Even the senior management are trained that way, they have also forgotten that they were also sailors.
