The Management Control is good. The company lacks with experienced staffs. Project Head has minimal expenditure authority towards purchase, workforce deployment etc.

Fearfull work environment, staff going to office only to save their job, Some of staff getting salary more than their capabilities & some are getting very less, Lot of politics in middle management, Company is good but some of middile managers making it worst
