The company is a best diversified field EPC and executing world developing projects those helps for public’s life. The AIL is always open for innovation new ideas and implementation latest technologies in project execution which are advantages for clients satisfaction.

...best one facilities to employees and always maintains it’s level of standards. Compensation is good and growth is good. Work environment is decent and company management always trying to improve as of top MNCs.

I have learn so many things during work with angelique . Salary they have given on the time . Envoiroment is good also . Angrlique is very caring about health, guest house,security reason &etc.

Dislikes

Some senior engineers always showing that the company is for them . Some time they can misbehave with junior which i didnot like. Normaly Project head when ever he will go site he should make meeting with juniors also to ask them what is going on at site & etc .

Policy Driven organization. Process Orientated approach. Intention of Management are good. Promotors of Organizations.

Dislikes

Delay in Salary due to lack of good projects. All Department Heads are overaged and 80% are close to 70 year. No succession planning. No Spark among employees due to lethargic approach of overaged heads. No Talents retaining approach. Lack of Talent in Organization
