Best company to work. I got a good reporting Manager and she is a role model to be a good leader. The attitude of MD is good and he always things in favor of employees

Policy Driven organization. Process Orientated approach. Intention of Management are good. Promotors of Organizations.

Delay in Salary due to lack of good projects. All Department Heads are overaged and 80% are close to 70 year. No succession planning. No Spark among employees due to lethargic approach of overaged heads. No Talents retaining approach. Lack of Talent in Organization

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
