1) There was no life other than office and had to spend enormous amount of time in office way beyond office hours 2) You had responsibility with no authority 3) You were micro-managed. 4) Hard and sincere work was not recognized. Phony employees were rewarded. 5) Terrible work environment 6) No growth prospects. 7) On top of all that, you were constantly yelled at by the managment for no reason. 8) Management is always right
