These are below : 1. There is no professional behavior towards employee. 2. Salary cut is there. This is also depends upon person to person. There is no band specific salary cut. They are deducting salary as per their choice. Even without notifying over Email about the salary cut, company deducted salary. 3. HR has no process of exit. If employee ask for fnf, they don't pick up call and reply over the Email. HR can claim due amount after provide release confirmation on Email. Slow caps for HR & CEO.

...nt. Top management, including the CEO are approachable at any point of time. During corona time, their were some salary cuts, but it was done only after taking everyone in confidence. It was more of a collective decision then a dictate.

I know its difficult, but if the company can work on home pickup, at least in corona time, it will be great.

While i resigned they have taken 2 lakhs Rs for issuing a relieving letter. Vikas Pilania and Abhilasha are big liar and cheater. They want to snatch money by hook and crook, so please say no to these peoples

Vikas Pilania is a useless person on the earth, and Abhilasha thinks that she can make fool of anyone but she dont know she is a biggest fool. Corrupt people. Say no to them.

They discriminate against cast and religion, they do not accept job application of Muslim candidates. Very unprofessional and the CEO and main hr are scammers, they are not planning to run the company for a long time and looking for shortcut and exit.
