:- Salary criteria is not good means pay scale is very low. :- Every thing is dependent on the directors means Employees have no liberty.

So for so good company was excellent in all the manners. there were lot of team as per their functional groups and each one of the teams were dependent to others so it was quite clear to complete the project we need to be updated with various teams which will lead to project completion. Atmosphere was healthy and well balanced with proper breaks.There were lot of innovative ideas were taken by our M.D. so that we could enhance the design and planning as well.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to talk about on this section but still the elongated timings are on of the concerns and that should be managed by higher levels.
