Worked there for a month, these scammers won’t even pay me the money that i have worked for. Crazy and disrespectful seniors won’t even help anyone just doing their insult on daily basis. No growth. Also they’re scamming there customers too with forcing them to buy insurance on their loan which is not compulsory but saying it’s compulsory and gaining there incentives. SCAMMERS

...mployee of the company having experience of 1 year and 3 months in this company. From the day one of my joining they didn't provide me my offer letter and neither the salary slip and after leaving the company they didn't provide me my experience letter also and I am trying to reach out my manager for letter so they are directly saying "we are not going to provide you any sort off experience letter" do whatever you want to do and talking rubbish about there employees. The same issue had face by many of my friends working with that organisation. So it's my humble request to you all whom so ever is reading, please don't go for this company at any cost specially the kandivali (w) branch you will feel regret.

Work culture is not good, no paid leaves also not even salary increase. Incentive is there but due to monthly target not met then they will carry forward for next month and not providing proper incentive

Andromeda Sales & Distribution is a fast growing DSA in India, but during COVID-19 or Lockdown, the company hadn't paid salaries to their employees and even after lockdown was over, salary wasn't paid till December 2020. Company is very self centered on the financial front, but apart from salary, there is a lot of scope of earning good incentives, and can get something over and above your monthly payout. It is performance oriented, but it is company that won't support you, during tough times like the COVID - 19 or Lockdown.
