Its a wonderful company😊 all my coligues were too friendly and i m really happy where i had worked The company is excellent here there is lots of fun and enjoyment i really loved Athena 😍

Salary was less But insentive is good And managers not fit for job No proper response from alll the managers not even one single manager is good and helpfull to agents

I really love to work there . I have learnt so many things in Athena BPO and good work environment and culture. Team leader are supportive and management is transparent.

Only one thing we won't get any bonus if we complete more than target also. And we won't get promotion if we do our best also😔

Company cont increases ur salary, but u get more incentives depending on ur performance in 2/3 cycles only.

Very strict process, they said 8 hour duty later u can do 8.30 hours duty not considering ur break timings, cont increases salaries if u can work above 1 year also.

Great Experience, To startup a Carrier itz a Very Good Company.! Lot of Opportunities for Next level.! Learnt how to mingle with people, learnt how to talk with people, and people who r all looking to improve communication, skills, typing can Improve in this company.!

...keep aside selfishness..... There should NO partiallity Among the Team Mates. Less Increment of SALARY this is worst part of my Carrier in this Company. Better to be an Agent, instead of getting Promoted to a Trainer Becoz In agent level atleast will get paid Incentives based on Performence but at Trainer level Nothing will b Paid.....which is the worst part.

They hires everyone in company who can't good in English or illiterate peoples also.

...nd most of the time in a one month you got only 2 leaves and very pressure work.Also if you take uninformed leave so they give you salary after 15 days in cheque it's means total 45 days and resignation period is 2 months without any leaves if you take leaves in your resignation time then you have to continue work 2 months resignation period.
