Pathetic man management and people management by Senior most sales head whose main Job is to spoil people careers just by putting others down and not letting people do their job clearly. I haven't seen such a crap fellow in my life and creates unncessary panic with in the team. he created record of spoiling career of his own team members. Takes all the accolades and credits of his team members and shows of to MD as if he only did the work. No empathy to his own team members. he always interfers in personal life of his own team members and spoil their careers
