Some of the leads and managers unfit for their job. Andritz is a Very good company Andritz technologies private limited (chennai) Management supports this kind of people’s only they are not considering many of the hard and long time workers.Good leads and managers also are there.

Even though its an mnc work culture is very worse than an Indian company. No work life balance, salary package is also below par. Please think twice before joining this organization.

...nd leaves are deducted for work life balance. No good increments and promotions. No gift for Diwali and bonus. Bonus is a part of your CTC. Work from Home is only for Showoff but in real You can’t take wfh on Monday and Friday and not club with any leave. If you ask from boss he refused.

...ion except at what time are you coming to office and what time are you leaving Favoritism at peak, no criteria for promotion, salary hikes. No job security, lot of firing with out giving chance for performance improvement Low grade work, not much to learn and perform. Employees are to take leaves, if they can not travel to office to work No flexibility to WFH even if you have a urgency at home, you have to follow policy. No qualified IT HR, recruitment person is doubling up as HR partner and that too the HR person is not at Delhi to take care. It will be better to talk to 2-3 employees before joining this company.
