WORST COMPANY FOR FUTURE GROW, HIRE PERSONS ON THEIR GROWING AGE AND SEPERATED THEM BY CLOSING ANY ONE OF UNIT, BY SAYING GOVT DOES NT WANT TO RUN LOSS UNIT "WE ARE GIVING COMPENSATION", MANAGEMENT FOCUS ON ONLY CLOSING PART UNITS BY WHICH THEY CAN SURVIVE THEIR TENURE EASILY.

Chennai power transformer unit is a small CPSU organisation and it can get opportunity to learning the interdependent skills and encourage the employees. Based on work experience work load to be allotted. During COVID19 as a manufacturing unit we cant support in WFH. Pandemic situation also they have provided the salaries 50%.

Dislikes

Working infrastructure and system facilities to improve. Age should not be a constraints towards growth of employees. Promotion should be given for knowledge and handling works.

As planning person intraction & coordination is must to enhance the management system. In this case all they cooperated & supported for growth of organization. Policy decision making. They will give an opportunity/engage other department works for getting exposure or additional skills.

Dislikes

Deciding factor of promotion would be in performance basis. Working infrastructure & system facility to improve.

This is a transformer manufacturing company. I got more experience. I like good product this company. I would like to every workers are working hard. I understood this company was good running.

I have to work extra. And very heat place.
