Taken all preventive and curative actions as per the directions of the principal secretary (Health) Govt. Of AP. Viz., 1. Created the awareness about covid-19 and precautions to be taken, among the employees, contractors, contract labour, house wives and other residents of the colonies. 2. Restricted the movement of people in the power house and colonies. 3.organised alternative day of working. 4.organised thermal screening at the security entry gates. 5.provided sanitizers in all sections. 6.wearing mask is made compulsory. 7.all offices and colonies are thoroughly sanitized on daily basis. 8.organised covid tests in the plant by mobile teams with the help of Dist. Collector. 9.provided the isolation rooms in hospital and guest house. 10. Provided 14 days special leave for covid infected employees.

Dislikes

1.caste based association's and politics. 2. Old labories procedures and practices. 3.tomuch freedom to the unions and association's. 4.huge number of court cases. 5.political interferences.

Likes

Wonderful Professional experience to work in such a major Corporation. Well security and planned work progress makes me learn many new things. Good layout and construction, facility to have food at canteen.

I found nothing to dislike about this Corporation

Likes

Working hours and the business ethics of the organisation was good. Some new tools like -SAP-BI tool’s basics were learnt. Colleagues were supportive and cooperative as well as helpful.

Dislikes

Giving less opportunities to Management people.
