We as software developer get trained how to configure mics, as these people thinks software engineers have these kind of roles , CEO's have no knowledge , HR's likes to fix marriages for the people who are single , like to interfere with other people life's, no vision

Highly Centralised, And says it is government but works as a proprietorship firm The General is having brigades of yes men everywhere. People who are selected for a particular job aren't given tasks anything related to their profiles. It's a waste of scientific knowledge in our country. The CEO calls himself a patriotic passionate, but is a facade for all corrupt practices of his political overlords.
