Well, the only thing which will give you happiness will be yoir salary day. The knowledge level of all the staff including RO as well as HO is pathetic.

Dislikes

Since non of the staff working in this bank has worked anywhere else, they don't know how ro build a constructive and conducive environment for their staff to grow. I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone

...ecurity as it is a govt bank you will be fully secured if you work with honesty. Pay is as per scales which is good. You also have good career growth.

Being a Regional Rural Bank, it's simply works for the profit of Sponsor bank and their deputed officials. No proper Software developments, No proper ambiance. Pathetic work condition and working areas. Best to remove or merge all Regional Rural banks because RRBs also work like the other banks.

An old-age persons not coming to bank,that person's giving to their passbooks to someone,so please enquiry this old persons received this amount or not once bank employees verified

I am proud to work as an officer in our August institution which had given an excellent opportunity to serve rural poor in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts. Most our colleague and our Sponsor bank officials feel that due to the service to the rural people almost all of our children are well settled and all of us are leading a happy retired life.

Dislikes

At the time of formation of our bank in 1976 it was decided that the sponsor bank officials in limited No will establish the bank, expand by opening branches training us for 5 years but they are continued. No doubt we are very lucky to have some committed officials but some are instrumental in unrest etc., in the bank .
