Well, the only thing which will give you happiness will be yoir salary day. The knowledge level of all the staff including RO as well as HO is pathetic.

Since non of the staff working in this bank has worked anywhere else, they don't know how ro build a constructive and conducive environment for their staff to grow. I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone

...ecurity as it is a govt bank you will be fully secured if you work with honesty. Pay is as per scales which is good. You also have good career growth.

Being a Regional Rural Bank, it's simply works for the profit of Sponsor bank and their deputed officials. No proper Software developments, No proper ambiance. Pathetic work condition and working areas. Best to remove or merge all Regional Rural banks because RRBs also work like the other banks.

I am proud to work as an officer in our August institution which had given an excellent opportunity to serve rural poor in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts. Most our colleague and our Sponsor bank officials feel that due to the service to the rural people almost all of our children are well settled and all of us are leading a happy retired life.

At the time of formation of our bank in 1976 it was decided that the sponsor bank officials in limited No will establish the bank, expand by opening branches training us for 5 years but they are continued. No doubt we are very lucky to have some committed officials but some are instrumental in unrest etc., in the bank .

Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank is the largest Regional Rural Bank with the net work 762 branches in the eight district in Telanagan and Andhra Pradesh State.This RRB is sponsored by the State Bank of India and owned by the central government,state government and state bank of india in the ration of 50:35:15 respectively. The bank has a turn over of Rs 25000 crores and net worth of Rs 1500 Crs. The bank has clientele of more than 100,000 and has CRAR 14% which is more than stipulated 9%.The bank has been awarded the best Regional Rural Bank in implementation of the technology by Skotch and also credited with so many awards for being the pioneer in Financial Inclusion.

Some of the branches are in the interior places and we may be posted to these branches as a matter of transfer policy.
