Nothing to like about. If you have similar people out there you might blend in specially if you are from same cultural background. If you are well versed in politics you can join and enjoy.

Dislikes

Branch Janakpuri New Delhi is not a good place for freshers. Except few, teachers are rude and pretend to help you but they don't. Present Principal is the worst person to trust. She doesn't know how to manage/train new teachers instead she favours mostly permanent teachers. Cause majority teacher are working contractually/temporary. No proper ventilation in most classes. Very difficult to teach during afternoon. No time for teachers to interact with each other. Students specially senior boys are very mischievous and don't respect teachers. Students like to misbehave with fresher/new teachers. They will openly taunts new ones - kya hi kar loge. Ghar pe bol ke complaint kr denge . Students have the full liberty of doing such things.

Likes

Care and concern for the employees. Every one is involved in the work. All kinds of service is acknowledged. Sense of belonging and bonding with colleagues is strikingly evident.

Dislikes

Some of the rules and regulations were really illogical on the students .The institution believes in only reprimanding and repressing the students.

Likes

No career growth. No Job security... One man show.... No appraisal.... Basic facilities are not there... No provision for canteen... Tea....single Washroom for the whole staff... Never get cleaned....

Given importance to the outsiders.not to the same state people.

Dislikes

Enjoyed with the primary children.learnt many things.Built up the patience.i loved my work which was assigned in those years.my blessings to the people who loved and cared me.
