If you want to learn, it's a good place. They have huge names as their clients, and the work is a challenge. If you play your cards right, you'll learn a lot.

Dislikes

I'll have to make a list: 1. They pay the salary in cash. 2. The team won't budge from their worn-out roles. 3. They say it's a creative agency, but what they actually do is just cave to the clients' demands. There are too many constraints. 4. You have to get in by 10:30, but you won't know when you'll be out. 5. No EPF or ESI

The 1st good thing was the presence of friendly colleagues and the last good thing is getting the chance of making creatives for well-known brands (even as a junior).

Dislikes

Extremely High work hours, hypocrisies, poor management, zero work-life balance, biasness, etc, etc.
