Location and environment - The office itself is in a very shady place not only that the office's condition is so worse that you might have to sacrifice you eyesight since they used bulb for working Salary and perks- No matter which position you get over here you'll never get your official offer letter, either they'll delay with providing you any paperwork or hardly provide you with a mail stating that you are shortlisted for certain profile. When I asked all the other employees regarding the same they said they never got any offer letter nor any mail. They keep hiring interns too because they're each to be trapped. Working condition- over here you'll feel you've been dictated for some orders and you have to obey. HR is so messed up that she continue to roam around the room to make sure you kids are not talking to each other and have your eyes sticked to the screen. They've even kept a class monitor too so whenever HR is not around that monitor makes sure you kids are doing your work. There's nothing like healthy working environment here, you can expect most of colleagues to be talking behind your back, not friendly and not helpful in any way possible. If you ever feel that you would like to know what's it's like to work in a toxic working environment then it's a perfect match for you.

You'll love the company's culture. Full of fun activities. Honestly saying there's no politics, no pressure, no micromanagement. People have made such strong friendship bond here. And somewhere I believe this is all because of a strong and advanced mindset of a General Manager. He understands the employees to the core.

Saturdays are working. There's very limited holidays.

Lengthy and lethargic documentation. They are not organized. Director of the company is very very rude, he always has that angry look on his face, he abuses the labors and workers and even with the employees at times. ** You might see good reviews, don't trust it. They give those reviews on their own by fake accounts.**

First of all I appreciate the company Andaaz collection known for whole sale readymade ladies suit because I learned many things from their in back office as a accounts executive and my boss no words for them and my colleague were very cooperative.
