Salary on time is the only good thing here.

Don't know where to start. There is no appreciation for the developers, all work is done by developers and appreciation goes to product lead/manager. There is no work life balance, they expect you to work every time. There is no proper planning, everything is at churn and delay. Because of this burden comes on the developer. No new Projects, no new work, even though you are SDE all you do is bug fix and support. And Do work of QA also, because QA also have little knowledge of system. They do not hire developers and keep Hiring QA and other teams, while they are short on developers. There is now learning, if you have joined this org as fresher then you'll have hard timing while applying to new companies, as you have no new skill, only same repetitive tasks. Very toxic culture, Manager does not care about team members, he only knows to commit everything even though all the work has to be done by developers. And in the end manager gets appreciated. HR is a joke. Even CEO does not respect its employees, if you are nodding yes to each and everything then you’ll get good appreciation and appraisal. Top management knows only fake commitment and very tight deadlines, and blame comes to other members. My advice - if you like anything from this, please join.

Few directors think that they are the boss of company, specially in it infra team director. He and his one of fav flatterer. If you want to be there, make sure to look for another opportunity after few days because job is not secure there. Only flatterer person can live there.

No standard policy for employees No benefits and no redressal HR does not hold any power Cheat people All weekend working Do not allow people to go for breakfast or Tea Very junior people are sitting at the higher management who has worked just for this company and hence doesn't know how to build an organisation
