Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is one of the worst channel i have join. MD of this channel joy matheww is broker and lucky jagwani work for him to file case against employee without any reason and mentally harasment the girl. This channel should be ban because they are playing with employee life such people suffer from depression due to their worst rules and for lucky jagwani and his soo called Gf pallavi rajput sit with each other in one cabin if any another employee sit with her freind then lucky hizda gossip to MD and fired them from the channel.
