...ially my reporting manager from ANB in client side is very good very supportive. Receiving salary on time appraisal also on time, other up skill options also providing the company. So overall I would recommend ANB if anyone wants to join

There are some area they should focus for betterment what I have noticed 1. Expedite the increament time ex. I was supposed get the hike on June but it's delayed till October end, but positive thing is that they've credited the rest amount from June to October in sum after few days of increment. 2. Company HR some hard to reach that is very very negative thing I have faced, we Re working in client location and didn't have option to go to HR directly, as have only one option for call or message but I didn't get the reply. They should fix this on priority, because it's not about one person I have spoken with my other colleagues they're also facing same issues So 1st point can acceptable it's doesn't possess any serious issue but second one is need to look after.

The management does have an idea of any shit is happening inside firm. No help from any anyone, especially from Telecom vertical.. they hire with wrong expectations and expect you too work outside your skill area.. Only their technical company Arcon looks good

Dislikes

Damn everything, their CEO shouts on their employees which his door opened. Just imagine how the management would be like.. Also, the CEO wife just post goody goody thing about how her life is not concerned about the employees. If the support staff shouts at you, so you can imagine how rude the people would be.. HR is clueless and just enjoying the time and money

I like environment at my office everyone is very helpful and senior management is good with their skills.

only the matter of fact that i dont have any dedicated place or chair to sit i have to hunt chair and table.
