...e. Salary hike as per the clients rating provide ie. Banking sectors and etc. They provide salary on time.

No night shift claim. yealy bonus is rs 3500 from more than 12 years to till now. No performance bonus. Health benefits only for individuals not for provide to family.

Managers are not supportive. No career growth. When it comes to compensation and appraisal, managers are getting good appraisal but employees under them are getting nothing. Managers just focus on their problems and they have nothing to understand their employees problem. Doesn't support employees. When project is over, you can be asked to leave.

Since I am on client location I have had limited interaction with the ANB team. They are not helpful.

...HR department is not bothered by the employee's issues or their dissatisfaction. Salary is credited 20days after the month ends.

Everything is disliked especially office politics.Also the seniors treat juniors like a slave. Directors don’t even ask what ground level employees are facing they just go by whatever old employee or seniors say. It’s a kind of being puppet in seniors hands

Since there is not much respository of audit programs, as a Manager, you learn a lot. Good clients.

Dislikes

No work-life balance at all. If you are in Telecom vertical then you will be always traveling. Unprofessional & un-qualified HR personnel who works as a spy for management. No HR policies & no defined appraisal process. The company will hire you by paying any amount if they have requirement, but then will not have a defined career path for you. High attrition at junior level, so Managers are stressed to train the freshers.
