Salaries are never comes on time even company is not itend to pay its employee salary some 6 months salaries are due to employee. Littrally one has to beg for his own salary. Perks and benefits are very far. Working culture is very bad, Undue work pressure due to multiplication of same work. Complete unethical company involve in making furious money without attending customers. That company is alway works on its own poor and wrong strategy which resulting in poor performance on an employee. In Short no one should join Saspack, Anax industries p ltd.

The company is in huge depth, Lot of Money crises, Employees don't get salaries for 2-3 months. There is no HR in the company to address the issues. In short, the management is LALA. In spite of having such a huge turnover, there are no capital funds to run the company. No health insurance or mediclaim
