Worst higher level management. As they dont know. What is going on at the base level and just keeps on putting immeasurable pressure. With near to no marketing cost and bad marketing team. They will want you to work as a local road side broker.

The only good thing about Anarock is they provide good salary and that too on time.

Dislikes

Except salary, there's nothing to like about the company. They will treat you as if you're their servants. The VPs and AVPs are so dominant that they don't care about you at all. Anarock doesn't have a good culture at all. They expect alot from freshers as if they are so experienced and even experienced are not able to fulfill, then how freshers will do. Not a good place for freshers.

There's only one thing that is good about it is they offer good salary.

Anarock Property Consultants is a company with no work life balance. They'll ask you to come on time but will never ask you when you reached home yesterday. The TLs and BLs here are so ghamandi that they want their employees to be at 10am jabardasti even if the office opens at 10:30am. There's no company culture and no one understands your problems. They just don't care.

Seniors hired from Guardians sole selling mandate company have really spoiled the work culture and work life balance to the lowest possible level

High level of politics. Egoism people hire they treat candidate like slave. No Job security. Only value over value nothing else. Selfie people working at site. Don't work here if you want to work become chattu for your senior. No no job security ❌ They only promote who is closed with site head.
