Nothing but they give a chance so 1 star

Dislikes

Company give me a chance to present my skills and knowledge by giving a assignment I was completed my task within the time but when they connect with me for interview, they didn't even ask me for my assignment i was working on it for 3 days for late nights and even after my interview HR representative didn't pick my calls, feels like they are not professionals.

Here you can learn all new technologies that clients want in very small time span as company & client won't give you any time.

Dislikes

Worst administration, worst management, poor project management.I lost my work-life balance here & they don't care about any employee at all.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
