Management does not like if you give any suggestion for a good change. They like things to work in their way, which is reducing employee benefits. - Ask for your own leave is a big challenge here in every team. On top of that number of leaves have been reduced. Only join this company if you don't care about your mental health and want to ruin your career.

The best part to work in this company, they provide both side cab facility and provide food for the each employee.

1. Company is growing stage at present, so company is very small with strict with small things. 2. Job security is the biggest concern. 3. Client contact change Anytime without provide any update or taking any suggestions. 4. Micro management applied and internal politics will happen regularly. 5. Freedom of speaking is completely denied. 6. There is no opportunity to learning. 7. The biggest concern that, they hire Team lead, and deal like a analyst. According to management team leader is doing 100% production with Reporting with Team handling. All the decisions taken by the hire management, team leader have no rights to talk to there team mates as well. 8. Work life balance is completely destroyed. 9. All Indians Holidays and US holidays cancelled without giving any information to the team, and no giving any such reasons.

Micro management is at par level. Starting from manager to top most level. No work from home, bad transport, worst HR policies, lower increament and not at all supportive HR. Lol, HR monitors your break time here. This is just a small company. Management plan is to beat big organisations with the bad culture and reducing employee benefits.

Only the people who pioneered the establishment are dedicated towards company's growth and are professional and ethical towards every employee.

Rest of the management team is highly unqualified to be in stakeholders category, especially 2 people with designation as Operations-AVP and Operations-Senior Manager.

There’s nothing to like about this startup which is day by day just failing. They brag so much about building a brand but they have disgusting work ethics.

The entire leadership is full of shit. Females here talk about women empowerment but they defame females like anything. Worst organisation I’ve ever worked with.
