1. Very strict timing & 9:30 working hours. 2. Only half hour lunch. 3. Worst HR Department, they are very careless about their work. 4. They can shift you in any designation which they want according to their work need. And you have to tackle both, your work as well as other work. 5. No work life balance. 6. Familism Dominent Environment.

over all good experience yearly appraisal and promotion process is good in Anantaa GSK. Management is employee friendly and working environment is good compared to other companies.

I went for a Job interview, Found the HR team to be professional, but overall experience was terrible.

Interviews / selection process was very unorganized. 4 rounds of interviews including the round with HR + ex business head + CEO + MD. Most lasted 5-10 mins only with general discussions . But wait between them was over a hour each. After first 2 rounds which started @ 10 AM, at around 12.45, I was asked to come back on another day to finish balance 2. Next visit the MD expected me to submit a business plan to grow 3x business.
