Nothing is there to learn, Poor HR will bind you in lies. also Fake commitment always ask him to share your salary over email

Dislikes

...s hotel majority of the staff is not Ihm graduate and there is nothing to learn. On the other hand HR manager always manipulate you and never describe you salary in return, don't ever trust in verbal commitment. Even though he won't share the salary structure or appoinment letter on your first day. So pathetic. Poor reviews are also on trip advisor too

This is not good work career for this resort. The management is not good. This is a huge cafeteria and good food for staff. Cafeteria is good. Company policies is not better.

Dislikes

The management doesn't good. Salary decent but career growth not this resort. IT training people doesn't learn this resort.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...nd beverage service manager (Pawan Pratap Singh) doesn’t address our issues. Salary is really good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. H.r. manager and the general manager are so polite & cool mind . They are so great

I like ananta spa and resort because that hotel is very wonderful and good in this hotel gm sir is vivek Chugh sir and hr sir surendra Rathore sir very wonderful person I can pray In every hotel gm and hr are same ☺️

Work life balance, Company should more focus on adherence of 9 hour shift with 1 hour break along with that interns shouldn't be treated like labours plus incentives and stipend to interns are zero.
