...Making them jobless during this pandemic and leading them to a uncertain future. The management didn’t care to show slightest empathy towards their staffs who use to get peanut salary.

ABP is a place of severe politics & misbehaviour. The management will crumble your confidence terribly.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a good cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company always use license based software where open source solutions are available.

I am with ABP group for last 1 year and find the higher management is very patient to hear the challenges and share their views but implementation and other nitty gritty is need to handle very carefully as members are very resistance to change the usual practice...change management is tough..

In the month of May'2020 huge no of employees asked to submit resignation without giving any prior notice. I was with almost 11 yrs with ABP but one sudden call came on 20th May and asked me to submit my resignation. This is same with so many employees of the company. They have no plocies, ethics at all.....

Almost everything. Company is not SOP driven. Filled with junk management with no capabilities to take a business or initiative forward. Old school mentality and outlook. No young and enthusiast can over cope up with this school & outlook. People who are a part here and surviving over a long period have done go not by merit but with other fringes. Incredibly poor management and merit of people here. In short ABP is a sinking ship.
