Location would be in more city it located in under the village. And it is a standing job so you have to be prepare .

There is a transparency in appraisal, good work environment, company policies are good, good salery and bonus every year, good facilities for employees, provide trainings time to time

Anand Group is plagued with groupism and unnecessary politics with no sense of obligtion to the company and its benefit. The policies are irrational and non- logical. They do not benefit the employees for their welfare.

If you are working in plants of Anand group you are in Heaven but if you are in the aftermarket team it is totally opposite... if someone wants to change its profile it’s very difficult as compared to if you working in plant and it is not apprised if you wants to change your function. If you want to grow have a plant job there, I won’t recommend to join aftermarket team.
