New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The product has high acceptability in the market due to EIL approval and self certification of well known pipes and tube makers

Dislikes

Unprofessional attitude with seniors. No freedom to take self decisions. For every small things approval of MD is must. They have appointed an external consultant with FMCG experience, he is applying all the rules in industrial product and tries to justify it if, opposed. All the old team members left the organisation.
