Cooperative teammates is only positive thing in this company

Dislikes

No job security and carrier growth.Company is not having any annual appraisal, increment is only possible if you have any other company's offer letter with you. Pathetic HR team, total no cooperation with design department. Six day week working company but expecting you to work for 7 days and no overtime given for ur hard dedicated work

I love the fact that I mlam a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night mostly I am working in night shift

There in ANP ...a lot of new things to learn for a hard worker. Many challenges to face to escalate your skills.

Dislikes

The environment of working place is not so user friendly... Benefits and perks are not upto the mark.
