There is supportable staff. Good working Area. Salary credit on time. Seniors very strict for production and material quality. Working hours very Good. rotational shift. Meals very nice. Almost everything excellent from my side.

Other expenses bills which usually has to reimburse in 2 or 3 weeks are forcefully delayed for long time.

There is a lot polities every employees . Career is growth but salary is slow . But now training is not take proper because trainer is unskill.

All those people work together in unison, all together, they all come together in a unique way. and everyone looks the same

Borrowed food is the worst, no one likes it at all or Tamil food is banned or Tamil people are embarrassed to eat that food, no matter how much we ask for change, no action is taken.

Toxic as every other company , only would for new passed out students from college who has fake learning aspiration . Don't stay more than 2 years Max.

Every thing is below good ,apart from that boot polishing culture same as other companies. Employees are not valueable when it's become experienced..
