...ent was driven with purpose, employees were earlier involved in decision making. With time management changed and they don't care about their employees anymore, HR works for the management they don't maintain the balance between management and the employees -Salary hike is a joke, you won't be able to keep up with the inflation in the market. You only get promotion if you are good at buttering. - They stopped the flexi working hours because apparently productivity is getting hampered, now employees are working 10 hours instead of 9 hours. - They is no skill development for potential employees, just kidding the potential employees are not identified .

There is supportable staff. Good working Area. Salary credit on time. Seniors very strict for production and material quality. Working hours very Good. rotational shift. Meals very nice. Almost everything excellent from my side.

Without mechanical diploma and Engineering you can not join this company And Good refrence.
