...ers provides good training. There are lot of things where we can learn about IP. They are not giving salary appraisals according to the work.

Do not allocate work in proper channel. Not giving appraisals according to the work or salary. Discrimination amongst paralegal and associates.

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good infrastructure, a strong clientele with leading companies and law firms globally. Also the name in itself makes a strong CV! Good pantry and support staff.

...an a year would pass by and your assessment forms would still be hanging around. Time is of no respect and adherence here and if you happen to mention salary concerns to your seniors, you will be strongly judged as 'someone working only for money'. There have been moments when a single lawyer is targeted in front of the entire team, humiliated and questioned. People have cried tears and yet never a single action is taken against any sort of misbehavior and humiliation one goes through. Talking of which, please do not expect any help from the HR as no one has absolutely any say in front of the senior partner. If there is any bit left which might make one segregate their personal and professional life - IS NOT POSSIBLE HERE!

I here worked for 1 year and 10 months but in these years, i found a mistake that i worked here. New comers r disrespectful and the new employees work here like slave of old employees. No job gaurantee. Management doesnot hear u. HR always hire a new staff. Removes the employees on a single compaint. Future is not safe here.
