CEO and CFO is good but everything hide from them , Salary on time ,I can say

Bad working environment when you join team ,before joining they said fake commitment ,there is only one project (resturent partner) and they are working ,fully micromanagement doing i.e. very bad ,,main thing everything hide from CEO And CFO , My honest review don't join there ,if you don't have any options then you can think twice,,else go any other ,,they are giving high package but when you will joined then you can see reality In last I can say bekar hai bhai

Work life balance and employment till the time we have

...vourite people have vito power to use within team and create unhealthy politics. Leadership not justifying their own salary by because lack of knowledge, not aware to promote healthy culture

Can maintain eork & life balance

Dislikes

Low salary, no appreciation, no scope of growth, negligence by management towards employees in the medica billing department, not feeling like worming in a corporate company. Staying for long here is not good for long term career.

Can be a good company if you work under certain managers

Dislikes

The pay at analytix is worse than the industry and the working hours are crazy. Most managers are old school and want to micromanage everything, a lot would depend on your team but chances are you will be stuck in office politics

Analytix has a good work environment. During this toughest situation, many of my friends have lost their jobs and some of them got salary cut. Analytix supported it's employees during this situation even though we have most of the clients from USA. As far as I know, there was no employee laid off during this period. I feel myself fortunate that I am working in this organization.

For last couple of years, I am getting little bit less opportunity to grow in my career.
