worse place to work ,play polytics and can fire you with nonsense reason of yes . says it is 5 days working but they make you work on Saturday full day

... max within next 5 years will shutdown , only 1 thing good give salary on time . make you work like a donkey and pay like peanuts. Simran who says sales and marketing head .just got good vocabulary and got fluent English don't know how to handle team. keeping people are parrots that is ummed said to be a manager but never supported like it . in interview will make you feel like sitting on moon and then will push you with politics . don't know what sales is . innocent customer complaint against me rather than supporting me they fired me with nonsense reason. and wao clap your hands for Company like KPMG who are ever soon will kick them off

There isn't much to like however if you're fortunate enough (like I was) you'll meet a good set of people who will motivate you to be better professionally and personally

The culture The CEO is indecisive, most of the upper management is filled with people who are friends or knowns of the CEO, they are not there on merit

In my 4+ years at Analytics Vidhya, I developed my technical as well as leadership skills. Leaders like Kunal and Sunil were very supportive and the environment was perfect to learn. Learnings gained during my time at AV are still helping me in my current role. It's a great platform for anyone who wants to contribute to the data science community.

Nothing to dislike, my overall experience was great.

Kunal's Vision is way different. But in reality the top management is not capable of solving big problems. People who dont have relevant skills are leading teams.

Dislikes

Biasedness Sales people are treated exclusively. People who can't speak against the system are positioned into the mid management roles.
