lots of politics, feet lickers, way below level salary, repetitive works, company which don't work on analytics, the manager will remember will only in case of issues. peoples are leaving organisations like flood water.

It is really a very big company which is very good option to start your IT career as a fresher from this company as they teach freshers and even give enough time to study and learn new convepts which is one of the best thing and work culture is very good everyone try to support each other and guide them to grow,management is also very good,companh policies ia also good that no one feels bounded or burden to work here,regarding job security is if you try to give your 100% effort and complete the task then may be they dont fire and give you more time to cope up.
